Each year the Italian American Cultural Club of the Lehigh Valley (IACCLV) presents two scholarships.
One in honoring Carol DiBaggio and the deceased members of IACCLV; and, one Member Academic Scholarship.
These scholarships are funded by events sponsored by the club, and by donations from local merchants.

The IACCLV awarded its annual General Academic Scholarship and the Memorial Scholarship to two 2017 graduating seniors at their May Membership meeting. Sixty-five members and friends attended the meeting and special social hour hosted by the Scholarship committee to honor the graduates and their families. Committee members included: Janice Buffone, Mary Bellissimo, Mary Giordano, Virginia Doria, Lois Fowler. Assisting this year’s committee were Marriann Stevens and Freda Scarpa.
The General Academic Scholarship was awarded to Molly Kuchta. Molly is a senior at Emmaus High School and has been accepted into the physical Therapy program at Lebanon Valley College leading to a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. She is the daughter of Rusell and Jeanne Kuchta.
The Memorial Scholarship in honor of Carol Dibiagio was awarded to Paige Haycock, granddaughter of club members Grace and Harry Oren. Paige is a member of the Easton Area High School Graduating Class of 2017. Paige maintains a 4.0 average and is in the top percentage of her class. She has been accepted to Moravian College. Both seniors are involved in a long list of varied school extra-curricular activities, hold jobs and also have extensive volunteer experience. The $500 scholarship awards and certificates were presented by the incoming 2018 scholarship chairman Mary Bellissimo.
